Music Around the World! (Multicultural English)
Come sail the seven seas and visit the four corners of the earth with us through music. This 50-minute multicultural music class for children and the people who love them includes songs, chants, dance, and free play with age-appropriate instruments in a fun and creative learning environment. Class is taught in English, but includes a rich and diverse range of music from around the world. Lots of rhythmic and tonal play integrated with whole body movement and imaginative improvisation provide a wonderful foundation for future musical, linguistic, and overall intellectual growth.
Music Around the World! (Bilingual Spanish, Mandarin and French)
These 50 minute dual-immersion, bilingual classes introduce you and your child to another language through the universal language of music. No previous language experience is necessary. Young children have an amazing ability to absorb languages and music. Classes include songs and instruction in English and the target language (Spanish, Mandarin or French) plus music from around the world. Your child experiences a new language through songs, chants, dance, and free play with age-appropriate instruments in a fun and creative learning environment. Lots of rhythmic and tonal play integrated with whole body movement and imaginative improvisation provide a wonderful foundation for future musical, linguistic, and intellectual growth.
BABY Music Around the World! (Multicultural/English)
Babies delight in music from the moment they are born! Baby Music Around the World is a very special “first” music class geared toward very young babies that helps parents and caregivers to recognize and nurture their babies innate musicality and provides a base for future musical adventures as they grow. Singing to your baby is an important bonding experience. The sense of hearing is the first to fully develop in newborns and the voice they most want to hear is your own! We provide a rich and diverse musical experience with songs, finger plays and lullabies from many different cultures from around the world.
